REGISTRATION
Online registration is available from early July until teams are filled.
Walk-in registration is at the Dad’s Club warehouse on Saturday, Aug 16 (10 AM to Noon) late registration begins at 9 PM, August 16. (Late only means no guaranteed spot.)
FALL FEES & DIVISIONS
NOTE: Player’s “Fall Age” is the same as NEXT spring. I.e., bumps up 1 year in the fall.
PRACTICE
Practice is permitted to begin Aug 31.
Only 1 practice per week is permitted during the fall.
All practices must take place at the Bay Area Dad’s Club.
No practice prior to official team formation.
TEAM ASSIGNMENT
No team can be formed until there is a team manager.
Team manager does not have to be the head coach.
Team assignments will be announced approximately August 25.
Those who played in BATB last spring usually remain with their spring team unless they choose not to. All other players are placed by best geographic fit or by specific request (where practical).
FALL PLAYERS ARE NOT GRANDFATHERED ON THEIR FALL TEAM; ONLY ON THEIR SPRING TEAM.
GAME SCHEDULES
Games will be played on Saturdays and some Mondays from Sep 13 through Nov 1.
Game schedules will be available by Sep 7.
Saturday games that get rained out will be made up on Sunday (8 days later).
Monday games that get rained out will be made up on Tuesday (8 days later).
STANDINGS & AWARDS
No standing are maintained and no trophies are provided for fall baseball.
Teams can furnish their own trophies, if desired.
PLAYER PARTICIPATION
Everyone bats the entire game.
No one sits the bench 2 innings in a row and no more than 1 inning more than any other player.
PICTURES
Picture Day is Sunday, Sep 21.
All Photo Day Attendees receive an individual and a team picture.
UNIFORMS
Your fee includes a full 5-piece uniform (cap, jersey, belt, pants, socks).
Uniforms will be made available to the team manager approximately Sep 7.
